The Phoenix Suns have signed forward Ish Wainwright on a two-way NBA contract, according to NBA insider Shams Charania.
Wainwright returns to the Suns after a brief stint with the Portland Trail Blazers earlier this season.
After spending the past two years in Phoenix, Wainwright joined the Trail Blazers in October, 2023 of last year before being waived in early January 6 of this year.
During his previous tenure with the Suns, Wainwright appeared in 60 games last season, averaging 4.2 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.
In his seven games with the Trail Blazers this season, Wainwright contributed 2.9 points and 1.3 rebounds per game in limited minutes.
