The Phoenix Suns have made a roster move, parting ways with French point guard Theo Maledon, as reported by Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
Maledon, who signed a two-way contract with the Suns in December, saw limited action during his stint with the team, making his debut in February.
The 22-year-old player struggled to find consistent playing time with the Suns, appearing in just four games this season and averaging 1.3 points per game.
Prior to joining the Suns, Maledon began the season with the Charlotte Hornets, where he averaged 4.2 points and 2.2 assists over 13 games.
