The Toronto Raptors have secured a contract extension with Kelly Olynyk, their trade deadline acquisition, ensuring his continued presence on the team.
Olynyk, who was traded to the Raptors from the Detroit Pistons earlier this season, has agreed to a two-year, $26.25 million extension, according to NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski.
Since joining the Raptors, Olynyk has made an immediate impact, averaging 9.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.9 assists in nearly 21 minutes per game over nine appearances.
