Kyle Lowry’s highly anticipated debut for the 76ers was marred by an early injury, as the seasoned guard sustained a facial laceration following an inadvertent elbow from Knicks forward Jericho Sims.
Despite the setback, Lowry returned to action with determination, contributing 11 points in 25 minutes and receiving a warm welcome from the Philadelphia crowd.
