In light of James Harden’s acquisition, Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue delivered news to Bones Hyland, informing him of his temporary exclusion from the rotation to explore alternative lineups.

Hyland faces a five-to-six-game hiatus, giving the organization an opportunity to assess their new dynamics.

According to Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report, Hyland remains composed, stating, “He communicated with me, and that’s all you can ask for. It can be frustrating, but I’m just going to stay ready.”

The 23-year-old guard, averaging 11.8 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 2.9 assists in 23.5 minutes per game this season, expressed resilience, saying, “Of course, I want to play, but I just try to keep things in perspective. I’ve experienced worse. I’ve faced death situations, so this is something I can handle.”
