NBA legend Charles Barkley, known for his outspoken nature, has reaffirmed his stance on his comments about Kevin Durant’s sensitivity. The Suns superstar had previously referred to Barkley as an “idiot” and questioned why people still sought his opinions.

During a candid 60 Minutes interview with Jon Wertheim, Barkley didn’t shy away from his earlier statements and doubled down on his assessment of Durant’s demeanor.

“He’s very sensitive. Great player. He’s part of that generation who think he can’t be criticized,” Barkley asserted. “He’s never looked in the mirror and said, ‘Man, was that a fair criticism?'”

The exchange between Barkley and Durant highlighted the generation gap in how today’s players respond to criticism compared to the past. Barkley believes that many of today’s NBA stars, including Durant, are more sensitive to critiques and tend to react differently than players from his era.
