Torrey Craig and the Chicago Bulls have agreed on a two-year deal with a player option in the final year, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Craig, 32, spent his last 1½ seasons as a member of the Phoenix Suns. He was also a significant part of the team’s NBA Finals run back in the 2020-21 season.

The veteran is coming off a robust 2022-23 by averaging a career-high 7.4 points and 5.4 assists in 79 games (60 starts). He also shot efficiently from three-point land, tallying a 39.5 percent rate out of 3.2 attempts a game.

A versatile defender, Craig became an unrestricted free agent as his two-year, $10MM contract finally expired.

He is expected to further solidify Chicago’s wing slate and accompany DeMar DeRozan and Pat Williams at the position.
