EuroLeague Basketball anounced on Tuesday its decision to suspend another two Round 18 games amid the current Covid-19 outbreak.

As a result, the games that will not take place this week are Olympiacos vs CSKA Moscow and ASVEL Villeurbanne vs Bayern Munich. The “Reds” and the French requested the respective suspensions, due to the rising number of positive Covid-19 cases.

The EuroLeague has also suspended another three games so far. These games are Armani Milano vs Zalgiris Kaunas, Armani Milano vs ALBA Berlin and Real Madrid vs Fenerbahce.

All these five games will take place in the coming weeks, with an official announcement pending at the moment. It is worth adding that several EuroLeague teams have reported positive Covid-19 cases so far.
