Bayern Munich came back from a double-digit deficit and survived a late thriller over Armani Milano in Game 4 (85-82).
The Italians took over from the second quarter onwards and claimed a double-digit lead at halftime (40-50), thanks to a 17-31 run.
Bayern, though, fought back and outscored their opponents 45-32 in the second half to win the game and even the series (2-2).
Game 5 between Bayern Munich and Armani Milano will take place on Tuesday in Italy. The winner will go on to face either FC Barcelona or Zenit Saint Petersburg in the EuroLeague Final Four.
