The Chicago Bulls changed their front-office arrangement by appointing Arturas Karnisovas as the new Basketball VP of the franchise.

Several reports suggested that head coach Jim Boylen will be replaced by the new front-office. However, it now seems that Boylen is going to stay put due to financial concerns, according to Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun Times.

Boylen led the Bulls to the lottery (22-43) with several players expressing their concerns on their head coach’s capability to lead the team.

The former Houston Rockets’ assistant signed a multi-year contract with the previous front office regime back in 2019.
