Arturas Karnisovas, the new vice president of basketball operations of the Chicago Bulls, talked about his plan for the team.
In an open letter to the fans of the Bulls, Karnisovas said his target is to bring Chicago back to the top of the NBA.
Since dominating the league in the 90s, the Bulls have been as far as the Eastern Conference Finals only once, in 2011.
