Jerry Colangelo said the late Los Angeles Lakers and NBA legend Kobe Bryant “knew he was really special” at a young age.
Bryant, who died in a helicopter crash on January 26, headlines the 2020 Hall of Fame class.
“He just knew he was really special. No one could’ve predicted everything that’s happened, obviously, and the career that he had, but you had a strong feeling this guy was very, very special,” Colangelo told Duane Rankin of the Arizona Republic.
