Former NBA coach George Karl made his own joke on April Fools’. He announced his supposed return to Sacramento, this time on a front office role. But even better – free agent DeMarcus Cousins is coming with him.
“Big news! I’ve been in talks with the Sacramento Kings bout a front office role and associate coaching position! We have worked out a deal that will be announced tomorrow. DeMarcus Cousins will be re-joining me and the team at the same time! Let’s go Kings!” Karl tweeted.
The joke is even more hilarious considering the fact that Cousins recently called Karl the worst coach he has worked with.
