Euroleague Basketball today confirmed the line-up for this year’s Nike International Junior Tournament, to be held alongside the Euroleague Final Four in May.
Joining KK Spars Sarajevo, Joventut Badalona, current holders Lietuvos Rytas, Crvena Zvezda Belgrade and Team England under-18 will be INSEP Paris, Team China and Barcelona.
For Team China and Barcelona, it marks the third straight year that they will be competing at the NIJT, which showcases the finest in European youth basketball.
Last year in Istanbul, Lietuvos Rytas defeated Fenerbahce 73-55 to claim the Tournament crown. The group games will be held at a venue yet to be determined but TalkBasket has heard possible rumours that the University of East London will stage the fixtures with the O2 Arena staging the final before the final two games in the Final Four.
