Anadolu Efes defeated Galatasaray in Game 3 (72-78), swept the series (3-0) and advanced to the Turkish League Finals.
Efes had the lead until the third quarter (36-41, 51-62), but Galatasaray went on a 16-5 run to tie the game (67-67). The visitors, though, closed the game on a 5-11 run of their own to seal the deal.
Brock Motum and Vasilije Micic led the winners with 24 and 23 points, respectively. On the other hand, Aaron Harrison posted 24 points for the losing squad.
