James Anderson on the semi-final vs Fenerbahce: “We play for something way bigger. It will be a fight”

Following the end of Anadolu Efes final practice at the Fernando Buesa Arena, James Anderson spoke with TalkBasket.net about the semi-final against Fenerbahce (17/05).

Here is what the American forward said:

On Friday’s match against Fenerbahce: “It is going to be a battle. Both teams compete to the highest level. We have to do the small things right and win the game.”

On whether he expected Efes to reach the Final Four: “Definitely. We had high hopes and high goals when we started. We want to continue this journey and make it to the Championship Game.”

On the previous record against Fenerbahce this season (3-3): “The previous games don’t matter. We play for something way bigger and both teams will want to win really bad, it will be a fight.”
