Jeff Teague picks up player option for 2019-20

The Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Jeff Teague will exercise his $19 million player option to remain with the Timberwolves for the 2019-2020 season.

This season, the 30-year-old averaged 12.1 points, 2.5 rebounds and 8.2 assists in 30.1 minutes of action, while shooting at 42.3 percent from the field.
