Since then, Unics took control and never looked back, as Pierria Henry scored 12 points in the final 10 minutes and helped his team earn a seven-point lead and seal the deal (71-64).
Raymar Morgan led the winners with 18 points and 10 rebounds, while Henry added 15 and Errick McCollum 10 points.
Nando De Colo had a game-high 19 points for the losing squad, with Cory Higgins posting 17.
Unics Kazan improved to 13-3 and is second in the VTB League standings, while CSKA Moscow dropped to 16-2, but remained on top.
