According to Yahoo Sports, the Chicago Bulls are not in consideration for a buyout with center Robin Lopez, although the player’s representation and the Bulls’ front office have discussed the exit plan since December.
The 30-year-old player is on an expiring $14.4 million contract with the Bulls. This season, Lopez is averaging 5.6 points, 2.5 rebounds, 0.8 blocks and 1.0 assists, while shooting at 51.2 percent from the field in 16.3 minutes of action.
