Mario Hezonja talked about Juan Carlos Navarro’s retirement and praised the 38-year-old guard for everything he accomplished in his career.
“If he is not the best Spanish player and the best he has played in the European leagues, I do not know who else could be,” the Croatian forward said.
“I am very grateful for everything he did for me, I had the opportunity to play alongside him in training for four years, from 15 until 19. He has taught me so many things and helped me become a better person and player. This is exactly the word that one can use to describe him: legend,” he added.
