Per Adrian Wojnarowski of the ESPN, restricted free agent, and Chicago native, Jabari Parker is close to reach an agreement with the Chicago Bulls.
The 23-year-old player’s current team, the Milwaukee Bucks, are not willing to match the offer.
Parker, who has suffered two different ACL tears in his left knee so far, averaged 12.6 points and five rebounds in 31 games with the Bucks last season.
