Sacramento Kings’ Bogdan Bogdanovic has been named the Player of the Year for 2017 by the Serbian Basketball Federation.

The Serbian shooting guard won the EuroLeague and Turkish league with Fenerbahce, before moving to the NBA.

Bogdanovic, 25, also led Serbia to the Eurobasket 2017 silver medal, despite the team being short-handed and plagued with injuries.

The first-year NBA guard is averaging 10.1 points a game while shooting 46.5 percent from the field.
