In a significant move tied to the Pascal Siakam trade, the Toronto Raptors have waived center Christian Koloko.

NBA insider Shams Charania broke the news on X, stating, “The Raptors have waived center Christian Koloko to complete the Pascal Siakam trade with Indiana.”

As part of the deal that sees Siakam heading to the Indiana Pacers, the Raptors had to make roster adjustments. The trade involves sending Bruce Brown, Jordan Nwora, and three first-round draft picks to Toronto. Additionally, a third team, the New Orleans Pelicans, is participating by sending Kira Lewis to the Raptors.

Koloko, who played 58 games for the Raptors, contributed an average of 3.1 points and 2.9 rebounds in 13.8 minutes per game during his time with the team.
