In a recent revelation, Clippers’ star Paul George didn’t mince words when discussing the Lakers, emphasizing that playing against them is “easy as hell.”

This bold statement, relayed by former NBA star Gilbert Arenas, sheds light on George’s perspective, particularly on the challenges posed by the Lakers’ lineup.

George’s assessment, as shared by Arenas on Gil’s Arena, revolves around the perceived weakness in the Lakers’ offensive strategy.

He pointed out the lack of shooters surrounding LeBron James and Anthony Davis, indicating that this limitation makes it straightforward for opposing teams to defend against them.

Arenas quoted George, saying, “This lineup for you is bad, right? So I asked Paul. I said, ‘When you play against the Lakers, how easy is it?’ And he said, ‘Oh, it’s easy. It’s easy as hell because the guy that I’m guarding don’t shoot. Right? So, now I become a defensive player because I get to roam. I get to be here, double.’

“He’s saying exactly what I said. He’s playing against this team and saying they got two guys who can’t shoot. We’re just going to focus here, pay attention to this guy because we know what he’s going to do.”
