Kevin Durant, Eric Gordon propel Suns past Rockets

Kevin Durant showcased his versatility with 27 points, 10 rebounds, and a career-high 16 assists, securing his 18th career triple-double and steering the Phoenix Suns (15-15) to a decisive 129-113 victory over the Houston Rockets (15-14).

Durant’s offensive prowess was complemented by Eric Gordon, who contributed an equally impactful 27 points.

Devin Booker added 20 points, while Grayson Allen chipped in with 16, further solidifying the Suns’ dominance on the court.

The Rockets, led by Alperen Sengun’s 24 points and Jalen Green’s 23, struggled to contain the Suns’ offensive onslaught.

However, the Rockets faced setbacks with Jabari Smith Jr. leaving the game in the third quarter due to a sprained left ankle. This injury compounded the absence of Dillon Brooks, who missed the game with an oblique strain suffered the night before.
