Seizing control with a crucial 16-2 run in the final four minutes, Valencia triumphed over ALBA Berlin with a 79-71 victory, advancing to a 5-1 record in the EuroLeague and matching their best-ever start in the competition.

Semi Ojeleye played a pivotal role, contributing 19 points and seven rebounds to lead Valencia, while Brandon Davies added 14 points.

The duo also orchestrated a 7-0 run that propelled Taronja to a 74-67 lead with 1:33 remaining in the game.

“This is EuroLeague and you have to earn every win,” Ojeleye said. “We stayed together we have a great coach who believes in us. They cheer MVP for all of us that’s how we play,” he added on the MVP chants by the Valencia crowd.

“Everybody contributes to the win, even guys who don’t suit up.”
