The new head coach of Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet, Giannis Sfairopoulos, won’t have Nemanja Nedovic and Branko Lazic available as he returns to the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.
Nedovic sustained a hamstring injury during the first double-game week of the 2023-24 EuroLeague season.
After missing Round 4 of the AdmiralBet ABA League Regular Season, he will also be absent for Round 5 of the EuroLeague Regular Season, including the crucial Eternal derby against Partizan Mozzart Bet on Thursday.
Lazic, the team captain, suffered a rib injury in the match against FMP Soccerbet on Monday, limiting him to just 17 minutes of play in FMP Arena before leaving the game early.
