Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic is not wasting his time this offseason. The 24-year-old point guard is working on his conditioning.
A video posted on Instagram by strength and conditioning coach of the Slovenian national team Anze Macek shows Doncic running up steep stairs.
Despite being one of the best players in the NBA, the Slovenian has been getting criticism for not being in the best shape.
Doncic is expected to play for Slovenia at this year’s FIBA World Cup which starts in late August. The Slovenians will start the tournament in Group F at Okinawa Arena, Okinawa City alongside Cape Verge, Georgia and Venezuela.
This past season Doncic averaged 32.4 points, 8.6 rebounds and 8 assists in 36.2 minutes per game for the Mavericks.
