Luka Doncic and Devin Booker got into an altercation after the Suns star said some words to the Slovenian superstar following his missed game-tying shot.
Mavericks’ head coach Jason Kidd was asked about the incident after the game. According to him, he did not see what happened because he was squaring off against Phoenix head coach Monty Williams.
“I missed it. Me and Monty [Williams] was squaring off, so we had each other when they were talking,” Kidd said postgame. “So we decided that we were going to have a sidebar conversation. So we said we both got each other. So I missed the whole thing and I don’t know what was said. So, again, you’re gonna have to ask those guys.”
