LeBron James hits out at “corny clout chasers,” then deletes tweet

LeBron James called out clout chasers on Twitter earlier this week but appears to have had a change of heart as he would later delete the tweet, of course, not quickly enough to scrub it off the internet as it has become the subject of screenshots.

“Being corny/chasing clout is the Gold Standard,” he wrote. “It’s literally rewarded these days! I didn’t come up like this. It’s so weird man. Corny as hell”

As mentioned above, he subsequently took it down. But he simply has too many followers to be able to successfully delete anything he puts online.

We also have no idea who King James was referring to…
