Ben Simmons came off the bench for Brooklyn to score season-high 11 points in 20 minutes of play. After the game he was blunt when talking about the result.
“Sh**, we got smacked. They were better offensively and defensively. They played as a team. Four quarters,” the 26-year-old point guard said, per Nick Friedell.
Brooklyn dropped to 6-9 while Sacramento improved to 7-6.
