One the biggest moves that the Lakers made this offseason was appointing Darvin Ham as the new head coach after firing Frank Vogel.
Former NBA star Byron Scott who won three NBA championships as a Laker and who previously coached the team thinks that the decision to hire Ham was a good one, especially due to his defensive mindedness.
“I know that he’s a workaholic, he’s a hard working kid; he’s tough, he’s defensive minded — which this team DEFINITELY has to get back to, but I love the acquisition of picking Darvin Ham,” Scott said, via Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson.
