Denver Nuggets, with a healthy Jamal Murray, are the biggest threat for the Los Angeles Lakers, according to Brian Geltzeiler, who claimed Denver is the best side in the West.
In his recent appearance on the “SiriusXM NBA Radio” podcast, Geltzeiler explained how Nikola Jokic and company are the greatest threat for the star-studded Lakers’ roster.

“The single biggest threat keeping the Lakers from going to the NBA finals in my opinion, all due respect to the Phoenix Suns who did it last year, is Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets.
Because if Denver gets Murray back healthy at any point in time before the playoffs, they are the best team in the West,” Geltzeiler stated.
There is no doubt the Nuggets are a force to be reckoned with in the Western Conference, especially with Murray back. Even without Murray last season, the Nuggets were one of the best teams in the West.
However, the Lakers added another superstar in Russell Westbrook and more depth this offseason, and that’s what makes them the favorites to win the West.
