Thunder expected to move Kemba Walker before start of the 2021-22 season, per report

Kemba Walker could potentially be on the move again, before the start of the season, according to Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report.

Fischer reports that-baring a positive medical- Oklahoma will trade Walker for additional future assets. Walker was acquired by the Boston Celtics via a trade that sent Al Horford back to Boston.

The veteran All-Star guard has two years remaining in the four-year contract he signed back in 2019 with the Celtics. Walker faced several injury issues the last two years.

After recovering from a knee injury, Walkers was limited to 43 games during the 2020-21 regular season. He averaged 19.3 points, 4.9 assists and 4.0 rebounds per game.
