Rick Carlisle parted ways with the Dallas Mavericks after a 13-year stint with the franchise, and several teams could be interested in securing his services.
According to Marc Stein of NY Times, the Milwaukee Bucks could be a destination for Carlisle, if the franchise terminates his relationship with head coach Mike Budenholzer.
The Bucks are facing the Nets in a ‘do-or-die’ Game 6 tonight and if they fail to get the win in front of their home crowd will be eliminated from the playoffs.
Carlisle has been in Dallas since the 2008-2009 season, memorably triumphed in the 2011 NBA Finals against the Miami Heat, and has made the playoffs nine times out of the last 13 years.
