The tiebreakers involved teams who finished the regular season with the same record.
The results are as follows:
4: Oklahoma City Thunder (22-50) over No. 5 Cleveland Cavaliers
8: Chicago Bulls (31-41), over No. 9 Sacramento Kings, over No. 10 New Orleans Pelicans
- Note: The Orlando Magic will receive the Bulls’ first-round pick if it doesn’t move up into the top four.
11. Charlotte Hornets (33-39) over No. 12 San Antonio Spurs
19. New York Knicks (41-31) over No. 20 Atlanta Hawks
