The Lakers played without LeBron James and Anthony Davis, while Wesley Matthews, Kyle Kuzma and Marc Gasol were also out.

The Lakers performed as a team and had nine players scoring in double digits to secure this win. Andre Drummond led the way with his 20 points and 11 rebounds.
For the Nets, who did not have James Harden at their disposal, Kevin Durant had 22 points, seven rebounds and five assists, while being under significant minutes restriction.
