FC Barcelona is attempting to sign Fenerbahce point guard Leo Westermann, according to the Lithuanian journalist Donatas Urbonas.
As Urbonas reports, FC Barcelona is expected to make a trade with Fenerbahce, which will send Thomas Heurtel to the Turkish club in exchange for Westermann.
FC Barcelona head coach Sarunas Jasikevicius does not want Heurtel to remain with the team, therefore the deal is expected to be finalized in the coming days.
Leo Westermann played under Jasikevicius for one season in Zalgiris Kaunas (2018-19).
