The Los Angeles Lakers are still undecided on how to handle the contract extension situation of Kyle Kuzma, per Ian Begley of SNY.

Kuzma is eligible for a rookie-scale extension this offseason with the Lakers’ decision-makers not able to reach a consensus agreement on the matter, as Begley wrote.

The four-year player is coming off a disappointing season with the L.A. franchise, as he shot a career-low 43.6 percent from the field.

The Lakers still managed to capture the 2020 NBA championship, but Kuzma remained a non-factor in the postseason, as his team relied heavily on LeBron James and Anthony Davis duo.

He averaged 12.8 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists for L.A. during the 2019/20 season.
