The Chicago Bulls will get back to the court on Wednesday for their voluntary offseason program. According to KC Johnson of NBC Sports, point guard Kris Dunn will not participate in the workouts.

For the first time since March, the Bulls are eligible to conduct group workouts this week. But Kris Dunn won’t be a part of them. The pending free agent, who finished second in the NBA in steals per game, isn’t participating in the three-week voluntary program, sources said.

Dunn was one of the best perimeter defenders in the league in the 2019- 2020 shortened season, but was injured back in January in a game against the Nets.

Dunn sprained the MCL in his right knee. He will also be a restricted free agent this offseason and that’s maybe one of the reasons he decided to opt-out from the Bulls’ training camp.
