I guess that the best one is Kazlaukas? I've seen him coaching live several times. He is a top coach, that's for sure... especially when it comes to working with youngsters.

He was the only coach to have found a common language with Big Sofo.
Respect and thanks for everything:

Alvertis, Bodiroga, Jasikevicius, Radja, Wilkins, Vrankovic, Fotsis, Rebraca, Kattash, Gentile, Koch, Middleton, Kutluay, Rogers, Papadopoulos, Becirovic, Tomasevic, Siskauskas, Pekovic, Lakovic, Vujanic, Chatzivrettas, Maljkovic, Spanoulis and many more to follow in the near future.

Yes, Kazlauskas is considered to be the best Lithuanian coach. There are rumours about him returning to Žalgiris next season but I believe that the club will once again save money at the expense of a good coach...

I should have included Antanas Sireika who has a role in Unics' board.

I am not sure what his role is called but he's something like Sporting Director.

Do you think he will return to Å iauliai next season?

As for a coach working in Asia, I remember that some coach was mentioned in a news article but I can't remember his name.

Kemzūra's position is insecure after he failed to bring his team among top four in the Russian league. And this always happens to Lithuanian NT coaches...

Kuritnaitis will be coaching VEF Riga next season. It's a step backwards. I'm not saying that Kurtinaitis is a decent coach but it would have been nice if he had signed with some Spanish or Italian team not to mention Efes Pilsen.

It must be hard <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Unsure' /> He had one fantastic season with Rytas and a decent one last year. Žalgiris really had better roster last year and yet they could win the LKL. That's a credit for Kurtinaitis. I also wouldn't think Kurtinaitis is already a top class coach, but he has potential - he really could get better club.
