It would good to make a list of all Lithuanian coaches working abroad. Feel free to add more and discuss.

Jonas Kazlauskas - China NT

Kęstutis Kemzūra - Khimki, Russia

Tomas Pačėsas - Prokom Trefl, Poland

Rimas Kurtinaitis - Slask, Poland

Šarūnas Sakalauskas - Eisbaren, Germany

Ramūnas Butautas - ASK Riga, Latvia

Valdemaras Chomičius - Unics, Russia (assistant coach)

Gintaras Krapikas - Unics, Russia (assistant coach)
I guess that the best one is Kazlaukas? I've seen him coaching live several times. He is a top coach, that's for sure... especially when it comes to working with youngsters.

He was the only coach to have found a common language with Big Sofo.
Yes, Kazlauskas is considered to be the best Lithuanian coach. There are rumours about him returning to Žalgiris next season but I believe that the club will once again save money at the expense of a good coach...

I should have included Antanas Sireika who has a role in Unics' board.
wheare is sireika? <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Cool' />

I am not sure what his role is called but he's something like Sporting Director.
I know that there is lithuanian coach who works in some asian country. Maybe in Lebanon.
sireika in lebanon <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Biggrin' /> no is to good to work in lebanon <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/basketball.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Basketball' />

Do you think he will return to Å iauliai next season?

As for a coach working in Asia, I remember that some coach was mentioned in a news article but I can't remember his name.
Tomas Pačėsas - Asseco Prokom, Poland

Kęstutis Kemzūra - Latvian NT

Donaldas Kairys - ASK Riga, Latvia

Rimantas Grigas - Budivelnik, Ukraine

Rimas Girskis - Azovmash, Ukraine

Algirdas Brazys - Enisei, Russia

Can't think of any others now.
Here's an update:

Tomas Pačėsas - Asseco Prokom, Poland (head coach)

Kęstutis Kemzūra - Lokomotiv Krasnodar, Russia (head coach)

Donaldas Kairys - Lokomotiv Krasnoyarsk, Russia (assistant coach)

Rimantas Grigas - Budivelnik, Ukraine (head coach)

Valdemaras Chomičius - Unics Kazan, Russia (head coach)

Mindaugas Lukošius - Unics Kazan, Russia (assistant coach)

Jonas Kazlauskas - Greece NT (head coach)
Kemzūra's position is insecure after he failed to bring his team among top four in the Russian league. And this always happens to Lithuanian NT coaches...

I'm not saying that Kurtinaitis is a decent coach but it would have been nice if he had signed with some Spanish or Italian team not to mention Efes Pilsen.

It must be hard <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Unsure' /> He had one fantastic season with Rytas and a decent one last year. Žalgiris really had better roster last year and yet they could win the LKL. That's a credit for Kurtinaitis. I also wouldn't think Kurtinaitis is already a top class coach, but he has potential - he really could get better club.
