Quote:Olympiacos Piraeus put the finishing touches on a rebuilt roster with the signing of point guard Lynn Greer, who in his only previous Euroleague season was the competition's scoring champion. Greer (188, 27) arrives from the Milwaukee Bucks of the NBA to become the 10th new player on the Olympiacos roster, even after the team trimmed its roster by loaning a couple players to other clubs. Greer's only previous Euroleague season, 2003-04, was a memorable one. Then with Slask Wroclaw of Poland, Greer turned in a fantastic year, leading the Euroleague in regular-season scoring (25.5 ppg.) and fouls drawn (7.1) while ranking second in index rating (24.3) and assists (5.5 apg.). He has since played for Dynamo Moscow, where he led the 2004-05 ULEB Cup in three-point shooting (53.7%), and Napoli in Italy. For Milwaukee last season, Greer appeared in 41 games, averaging 4.1 points and 1.3 assists in 10.5 minutes per game.
