If they get Hendrix it probably means they will be selling Batista... Panathinaikos, Caja Laboral and Maccabi TA want him for sure... but the club is asking too much... for now.
If they sell Batista, they sell their best player. He's a good player and he can strenghten many team. But Black Urum do you think that he'll play much if he goes to PAO. If Maric and Batiste are back, then the froncourt will be overcrowded
Maric could be out till April. I think he could get respectable playing time in PAO because he suits PAO style...
You're right Black Urum but when Maric returns he will need to come of the bench because Maric is a better player than Batista. But that is my opinion.

I think that Caja Laboral has a great chance if they can manage to work out a buy-out for Batista, he would give them a good player that can help them in the ACB and Euroleague

This could mean that he will sign with Caja Laboral

http://baskonia.elcorreo.com/noticias/20...41423.html

This would be a great move for Caja Laboral. He would strenghten their frontcourt and help them in the ACB and Euroleague.

This could also mean that Dejan Musli will definitely be send on loan to another club
Caja Laboral confirm Batista signing

Great deal by Caja Laboral. He will help them a lot, he's a very good player and he will get better the more he plays. He will improve a lot under de guidance of Dusko Ivanovic. Caja Laboral has now a great frontcourt with Barac,Teletovic and Batista. They also have Musli but he will need to improve and Ivanovic counts on him for the future
Malaga and Valencia were interessed in Richard Hendrix and made offers but Maccabi refused them. Maccabi will announce that Hendrix will stay with them adn that he will not move to Spain, to Fuenlabrada. This is bad for Hendrix because he won't be playing much at Maccabi
hendrix scored 16 for a rating of 30 in his latest game in israel

He'll stay at Maccabi and he said in a newspaper that he's very happy to be at Maccabi and that he wants to stay there and win trophies with Maccabi

Unicaja interested in Papadopoulos

According to Spanish media Unicaja is seriously looking into the possibility of bringing over Lazaros Papadopoulos.

The Greek center is fed up playing in Greek A1 (in addition to being unpaid for months, the recent PAOK-Olympiacos game was interrupted for more than two hours because PAOK fans were throwing objects in the court) and is looking for a way out.

According to Malaga Hoy, Lazaros Papadopoulos has a relatively small contract with PAOK worth 150.000 euros in exchange for a free release in case he had an offer from a Euroleague club.

The ACB club has been interested in the player since summer, but with a tough Euroleague Top16 group there is a greater necessity for a presence in the paint. Papadopoulos has not been successful in his first try at ACB, but he is hoping to get a second chance to prove himself.

This would be a great move for Malaga. They would get a very good center in Papadopoulos and Papadopoulos gets the chance to play for a better team and he can play in the Euroleauge. I hope this deal will come through. I would be good to see Papadopoulos play again in the Euroleague.
Marcelus Kemp, Flip Murray and Lynn Greer, on the radar of Unicaja

Caja Laboral could be again interested in Carlos Cabezas
I'm hearing the rumor that Unicaja Malaga wants to fire Aíto García Reneses. And they want to replace him with future Slovenian NT coach Bozidar Maljkovic. I don't know if it's true but I just wanted to let you guys know.

Maybe it's true but it could be false. We'll have to play the wait and see game to see what will happen at Unicaja Malaga. Don't shoot me or be mad if it's wrong

There will also come new players but he'll have to wait
Papadopoulos in talks with Malaga to leave Paok

Lazaros Papadopoulos(2.13-C) spoke to Spanish newspaper La Opinion De Malaga and he said that his agent Minas Toukmenidis is currently in talks with Malaga. During the summer the agent of Papadopoulos asked for a million euros from Malaga but back then the deal didn't go through so Malaga renewed their contract Scottish center Robert Archibald.

Now Malaga are back in talks with Papadopoulos who said that he is a player of Paok for the time being but he didn't deny the possibility of a deal with Malaga. Paok would have to be compensated to let Papadopoulos leave but that might be a big problem for them as he is their best player and they're all out of spots for any foreign players. Bosman centers are quite expensive and hard to find so this might be quite a serious blow for Paok. According to malagahoy.es, the buy-out clause in the contract with Paok is 150,000 euros and that's not a prohibiting amount for a team like Malaga.

Papadopoulos has been the cornerstone of Paok, both in the Eurocup and the Greek League averaging so far 10.7 points 7.5 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 10 games in the Greek League and also 16 points 12.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists

It's no secret that Papadopoulos is not having too much fun in Greece. The recent debacle of the Greek players strike that he led as the President of the Players' Union has turned the tides as to how he is treated by the Greek referees. In Greece Papadopoulos doesn't win as many fouls as he does in Europe and that diminishes his capacity in the game as they allow his opponents to play "tougher defense".

He is still owed money by Paok(most of his monthly salaries) so this could just be an elaborate way of forcing the Paok administration into paying him
Like I already mentioned:

Unicaja is talking with Bozidar Maljkovic

http://unicaja.diariosur.es/noticias/201...10111.html

They first wanted Sergio Scariolo as their new head coach. But this solution was dismissed as he is currently the head coach of the Spanish National Team and according to ACB rules it's impossible for him to coach for another team in Spain.
Unicaja Malaga is very interessed in Keith Langford of Khimki

http://unicaja.diariosur.es/noticias/201...10111.html
So Malaga is interested in: Maljkovic, Papadopoulos, Kemp, Murray, Greer and Langford. Khimki will be dumb to let Langford go though
Yes, but at the moment they are only talking with Papadopoulos and Maljkovic. They want Langford very bad. He wants to leave Khimki because they are out of the Euroleague. But Khimki doesn't want to let him go. If some team wants Langford they will have to pay a large amount of money to buy out it contract at Khimki
