Messina would be completely armless with current Greek NT. (Without N. Galis I mean <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />). You have to feel lucky.

Maybe Messina would have been the next headcoach if he resigned one day earlier but I don't think that it would have happend. Zouros is a good coach and if he selects the best players and create good chemistry everything will fall in place

I suppose we can pretty much expect Printezis not to be in the squad after such a miserable season...



Chance for youngsters and Pat Calathes to shine.

I definitely hope that Pat Calathes will be on the NT because he's playing very good

Too bad for Greece! He's in great shape lately and I think new coach would have some smartness to set up the game around him. Well, time's passing.

I heard too what Diamantidis said, I'm very sad because I was hoping that in this eurobasket we would had all of our best players and possibly we would win that trophy. Lithuanian School Championship was played in the same format as Eurobasket 2011 this year, and every school took the role of a Eurobasket team...

I really liked what I saw in this guy.

No worries, best Macedonians play for Greece NT... like Zisis, Diamantidis, Mavrokefalidis, Vasilieiadis, Perperoglou, Tsartsaris etc...

I don't know exactly, the page of MKL is pretty clumsy, but I think pretty far, as powerhouses like Spain, Russia, Lithuania and others couldn't reach 4finals <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Sofo is born in Africa and Spanoulis in Larisa, both not in Macedonia.

OK, but not entire north part of Greece is included in Macedonia, especially Larisa which belongs to Thessaly. Therefore Spanoulis is a tyrogalo.
