Several rumors are regularly surfacing for the Washington Wizards superstar Bradley Beal. The Brooklyn Nets have reportedly wanted to find way to trade for him in the off-season, while other teams wanted to acquire him in the past.
One of those teams was reportedly the Los Angeles Lakers, which they have shown interest in different points for Beal, per Shams Charania.
During an appearance on Complex’s Load Management podcast, the NBA insider revealed the Wizards will offer Beal a max contract, but it’s not apparent that he would re-sign.
The Lakers would definitely want to create a superstar core consist of Anthony Davis, LeBron James and Bradley Beal. While Beal expressed his will to remain with the Wizards until the end of his career, the situation can change, especially if Washington is not a regular post-season presence.
