The Dallas Mavericks young superstar was compared to another basketball legend. Sports analyst Chris Broussard talked about Luka Doncic, saying that he is comparable to Larry Bird.
According to Broussard, Doncic’s abilities are similar to those of Bird. But, in order to make that comparison real, Luka must win.
“Luka’s very comparable to Larry Bird. Both can handle the ball, run and initiate the offense, tremendous passers, can shoot with distance, and great rebounders. What’s ultimately going to make this comparison real is if Luka can win.”

Doncic is averaging 28.9 points, 9.5 rebounds and 8.7 assists per game for the Mavericks this season.
