Galatasaray decided to release Darius Songaila.
The 33-year old Lithuanian forward didn’t play up to the expectations as he averaged 6.5 points and 2.8 rebounds for an index rating of 3.3 in the Euroleague.
It is also rumored that he didn’t have the best of relations with Oktay Mahmuti, which could explain his limited playing time (15:13 minutes).
