The General Manager of Anadolu Efes, Alper Yilmaz, admitted that Shane Larkin wants to return to the NBA.
Here is what Yilmaz told Turkish NTV:
“Larkin’s situation is different. He wants to go to the NBA. Since he is an American and his father is an important baseball figure, he told us that his priority is to go to the NBA.
Boston fans sent him “come back” messages. I know he is happy here. He had a great season here. I know winning a championship is important for him and his career.
The most important thing that I know is that he has unfinished business with EuroLeague. I think his situation won’t be resolved until the end of July but I hope he stays in Europe and wears our jersey.”
