Zalgiris Kaunas announced that the club will honour Jonas Kazlauskas during halftime of Game 3 against Fenerbahce on Tuesday (23/04).
During the ceremony, the 64-year-old coach will have his jersey raised to the rafters of Zalgirio Arena.
Game 3 of the best-of-five series is scheduled the day after the 20th anniversary of the 1999 EuroLeague championship. On April 22nd, 1999, Zalgiris Kaunas beat Virtus Bologna, 82-74, and claimed the EuroLeague title.
Eurelijus Zukauskas, Mindaugas Zukauskas, Tomas Masiulis, Dainius Adomaitis, Darius Maskoljunas, Saulius Stombergas, Kestutis Sestokas, Giedrius Gustas, Jiri Zidek will all be in attendance.
